## Product surface

- Campaign creation: AI generates strategy, keywords, RSA ad copy, sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, audience segments, ad schedules. Powered by Gemini 2.5 Pro + Claude Opus 4.6.
- Landing pages: 30 category-specific multi-step funnel templates + emergency hybrid template for high-intent searches. Hosted on Cloudflare Worker at *.localad.app or your custom domain.
- A/B testing: cookie-based variant routing at the edge. Z-test significance at 95% confidence. Auto-winner declaration. Plus Thompson sampling on individual funnel elements (Bandit Lab).
- Conversion tracking: per-account GTM container + GA4 property auto-provisioned. 4-action conversion split (LEAD, REVENUE, CALL, WEBPAGE). Offline conversion upload via GCLID for closed-loop attribution.
- Call tracking: Twilio-provisioned numbers, Dynamic Number Insertion, two-party consent recording, Deepgram Nova-3 transcription, Gemini 2.0 Flash AI scoring (0-100 lead qualification score). Per-call cost ~$0.07.
- CRM: lead notes, tags, scoring, audiences, drip email follow-ups (24h + 72h), block-based email template builder. Pro and Max only.
- Custom domains: DNS + SSL automated via Cloudflare. Multi-campaign routing per domain.

## The agent

Cron-driven optimization pipeline running across 5 Edge Functions:

- agent-sync (every 6h): pulls 30 days of metrics from Google Ads, detects external changes, reverse-syncs bidding strategy mismatches.
- agent-aggregate (nightly): computes category benchmarks, funnel patterns, fleet-wide diagnostic rule success rates.
- agent-optimize (every 12h): 35+ diagnostic rules across keywords, bids, geo, device, schedule, ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategy.
- agent-reason (on-demand): Claude Opus 4.6 reasoning loop for complex multi-step diagnoses. Credit-gated.
- measure-outcomes (every 6h): T+24h, T+7d, T+14d outcome measurement. Auto-rollback on worsened verdict.

## Hands-free mode (Max tier)

Auto-applies recommendations gated by blast radius:

- Surgical (< $50 downside): always auto-execute on Max.
- Meaningful ($50 to $500 downside): auto-execute when fleet-wide rule success rate is over 80% across 10+ samples in your category.
- Large ($500+ downside): always require human approval.
- Legally dicey (restricted categories, unverified accounts, conversion action changes): always require human approval.

Safety gates: global kill switch, user-level circuit breaker (3 rollbacks in 30d disables), rule-level circuit breaker (fleet success under 40% downgrades the rule), 5 auto-executions per campaign per day rate limit.

## The 4-stage bidding ladder

- Stage 1 (Manual CPC): entry point. Promotes at 100+ clicks or 30+ conversions.
- Stage 2 (Max Conversions / Target CPA): volume bidding. Promotes at 30+ paid invoices in 30 days.
- Stage 3a (Max Conversion Value): value bidding. Promotes at 50+ paid invoices in 30 days + stable observed ROAS.
- Stage 3b (Target ROAS): top of ladder. Recalibrates every 30 days if observed drifts more than 15% from target.

Imported campaigns are audited and classified at any rung. On Max with hands-free, the audit auto-approves (except misconfigured) and management starts within 12 hours.

- Max ($149/mo): everything from Pro + hands-free + auto-rollback + weekly digest + 10 Google Ads accounts + Jobber full integration (revenue upload) + competitor monitoring + white-label reports + TikTok/LinkedIn pixels + 3 call tracking numbers + unlimited minutes + agent reasoning included + 500 credits/mo.

Extra Google Ads accounts: Pro $10/mo each (max 5 total), Max $15/mo each (max 25 total).
